Terms of Service
Last updated: August 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of the cutdown.link website, accounts, short links, QR codes, redirect service, and related features (the "Service"), operated by Aagee AI Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore ("we", "us", or "our"), under Singapore law. By using the Service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.
What the Service provides
The Service creates short links and QR codes that redirect visitors to destination URLs. Some features allow an account holder to edit a destination, schedule activation, set an expiry, pause a link, and view click counts. Anonymous links have a private statistics URL instead of account ownership. Features and limits may change as the Service develops.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials and private statistics URLs secure. You are also responsible for destination URLs, content, campaigns, and QR codes you create or distribute using the Service.
Acceptable use
You must not use or assist others to use the Service to:
- Phish, impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
- Distribute malware, unwanted software, illegal content, or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Send spam or facilitate unsolicited bulk email, SMS, messaging, or automated traffic.
- Exploit or endanger children or distribute child sexual abuse material.
- Hide a destination through chained shorteners, cloaking, or another misleading redirect.
- Bypass security screening, access controls, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or access the Service without authorisation.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law or a third party's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
The Abuse Policy forms part of these terms and gives additional examples and reporting information.
Screening, enforcement, and reports
We use blocklists, Google Safe Browsing, periodic rescanning, and abuse reports to identify unsafe links. These controls do not detect every harmful destination and can produce errors. A link that is not blocked is not an endorsement or guarantee of safety.
We may reject, warn on, pause, block, or delete a link; restrict or terminate an account; preserve relevant records; or report conduct to service providers or authorities when we reasonably believe this is necessary to protect users, operate the Service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Urgent action may occur without advance notice. Where appropriate, you may request review by contacting us.
Availability and changes
The Service is currently offered without charge. Free access is not a promise that every feature, link, or account will be retained indefinitely. We may introduce limits, change or discontinue features, or end the Service. Where reasonably practical, we will give notice of a material change that adversely affects registered users.
Do not rely on the Service as the only way to access emergency, safety-critical, legally required, or irreplaceable information. Keep copies of destination URLs and other information you need.
Your account and termination
Account information must be accurate and your use must be lawful. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, legal requirement, or material threat to the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including responsibility, disclaimers, and liability provisions, will continue to apply.
Third-party destinations and intellectual property
Destinations are controlled by third parties or link creators, not by us. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability, products, privacy practices, or changes. The Service and its original software, design, and branding remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not give you rights to use the cutdown.link name or branding except to identify links created with the Service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any short link, QR code, analytics record, account, or destination.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, campaigns, or opportunities resulting from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, you and we agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve a dispute by contacting the other party. Mandatory rights and forums available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the Service changes. We will publish the revised terms and update the date above. Material changes apply prospectively from their effective date. If you do not agree with revised terms, stop using the Service.
Questions, legal notices, review requests, and abuse reports may be sent to info@cutdown.link.
Privacy and personal-data requests should be sent to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@cutdown.link.
These terms are intended to describe the current Service accurately and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before being relied on as jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
